I expect the same behavior as HDMI, VGA and DVI: the windows stay until the screen is physically disconnected.

HDMI monitors don't report being disconnected when turned off.

I still hate that turning off one of my monitors moves the windows to the other still on monitor...

How is the TPM protecting my if my laptop with the TPM chip is stolen?
I understand that I will be protected from removing the HDD/SSD and putting it into another machine to read the data, but does it really protect me from anything else?

Would normal users personnal accounts be suspended if set as recovery for their normal work GSuite account if the GSuite admin is suspended?
I personally never link or login with my personnal accounts on work devices, nor do I use work accounts on personal devices.

CCleaner isn't bundle with Windows so you could choose to not install it. It's not really needed anyway.
