I've been doing this for years. I keep my miners inside though and take a much more lazy approach. In the summer I exhaust the heat outside with 4" dryer conduit. In the winter I redirect the same conduit into the main living area and several rooms near the server room. Saves a ton on my heating bill. A lot of the time I don't even need to run the central heater at all.
