Apple's entire strategy is to release a complete end-to-end experience for mass market production. It would only make sense for the MacBook to upgrade their computer with a GPU for virtual reality if:
1) Customers really wanted to use VR. 2) Apple released their own VR set.
I just don't see a real scenario where VR is ready for mass market consumption yet.

Ever since TJ handed Express, there's been a lack of leadership.
IBM owns Express but hasn't really been fixing bugs, so Doug took over a lot of the development work in the interim.

I hear of a lot of startups working on image detection and sound detection, but I'm wondering why there isn't anything done for scent detection. Maybe A2D for scent doesn't really exist yet, but it would limit the need for drug sniffing dogs
