That is not what the court said.
It said that the board did not explain the conditions correctly to the shareholders. Hence, they will provide shareholders with a full explanation of what the conditions were back in 2018 before this new vote.

The secret to their success is to build and test new tech in a low volume high cost vehicled then take that knowledge and build cheaper. Model S/X -> Model 3/Y.
With that info, you can easily forecast that the tech they are testing in the Cybertruk will be the foundation for the 25k car.

Here is mine but may only help as they get older:
- You want them to find something that they enjoy a lot as they grow.
- Giving them something they are responsible for is unbelievably important. I have seen that lack of responsibility can lead to anxiety and much worse.
- Every age has it's challenges and benefits. I have fond memories for when the kids were young but don't think I could handle it at my age. Teenage years involved a lot of serious issues.

Because I've gone 6 months with my EV charging only in my garage. I have never needed to go anywhere to "fill it up".
Also, where I live I have to drive 15 minutes each way to do the 5 minute fill up. I am saving 35 minutes every week by not having to go somewhere to fill my gas.

You can add that an EV's battery is the most expensive part of the car and that a user can easily damage the battery if they drive/charge in a non optimal way.
I really do not want some other yahoo's battery after I take care of mine meticulously.

You can get 20%+ more mileage than EPA on a single charge when doing city driving.
I consistently get 380 miles+ on my Model Y long range.

One way to get more done than others, is to set the goal out far enough that if you miss it you will do more than others.
Tesla and Space X have accomplished more than any other company in the last 70 years within their respective industries.

The big problem is media is greatly funded by clicks, which leads to picking a demographic and pandering to it.
Hence AT&T owning CNN & then coming up with the idea for a network like OAN to cater to a different demographic.
