A few of those are from me after I installed mptcp, so the counter seems to be working.

If it were to use a dictionary that defines a large subset of domain names and common strings found in URLs it could reduce the size somewhat more, but still seems too long to be viable. What might be more interesting is an Ethereum approach to URL shortening that is distributed amongst the Internet.

So, instead of 200 billion galaxies, the number would be closer to 2 trillion galaxies. I thought the first number seemed like a lot, wow. I wonder how many stars there are if that is the case. At 100 billion stars per galaxy, the number would be 2×10²³ stars. I believe that's 2000 billion trillion.

I think to really understand what the CIA is doing today you need to look at its history and how it came about after World War II. Created by Truman as a central office for all of the intelligence to be collected by the multitude of spy agencies the US had, started as a small office. By 1963, Truman wrote an op-ed about how it had become the foreign policy arm of the US with no oversight.

Congressional oversight of the CIA didn't begin until the Hughes-Ryan act of 1974. This act slowed down the cloak and dagger activities of the organization but never eliminated them.
