Chinese government must be just delighted with all of the data that they soon will have access too from the US instance of iCloud coming to China. There is so much information that people don't know that gets synced to iCloud. I am constantly finding stuff that automatically get turn on after every OS update from Apple.

Try sharing a completely open office concept with 250 people on one floor, it's a joke. Now that I have worked in both a office with walls and this open office concept I can see that people get much more work done in a cubical with walls or an actual office where you can close a door and focus.

Facebook Insider: That is nothing compared to how Facebook uses your phone number on a another persons contact list then aligns that with cookie activity on your computer to get friend recommendations to other accounts that are unrelated to your phone number. The use of your personal phone number internally at Facebook is perverse.

1) Subscription service is what makes the books so cheap for the really expensive ones, but I regularly purchase books that are $30+ when they are first released.

2) Kindle book included would be great however I think the cross licensing would be difficult and distribution of income would cut their margins considerably.

3) UI improvement is a must! I have over 200 books and it is a nightmare to find anything on the mobile app.

lol I read some of these comments and all I hear is "Protect the children!"

Introducing your kids to any technology is an excellent way to teach them responsibility and how technology can be used to increase their understanding of the world around them. But this would require you to spend time with your kids and guide them along their journey with enough freedom to make mistakes.

I have 2 kids 5 & 10 that started using phones at 2 years old. A couple of broken screen and a few dramatic crying fits, but I can trust both of them to use technology with respect. Of course the 5 year is still learning and that happens everyday. The 10 year old is amazing now at self control with usage of his phone while interacting with others.

I say start them early to learn good habits, but also demonstrate good habits in your household.

> And just how would the client do that? Using an (easily spoofable) "Server:" header in the HTTP response?

umm , yes?? Even a simple check would increase the complexity a successful attack. Yes it could be duplicated , but having a client that just dumps the credential without any verification does not sound like a good idea and is poor programming.
