Integration usually takes about 20 minutes. The product will give you copy-paste instructions in various languages once your campaign is setup.
If you're hooked up with Segment.io, it's just a flick of a switch.
And of course if you need any help, you can always write in to support [at] outbound.io and we'll be right on it.

What kind of zapier integration would be most useful? Would it be best if we hooked up with salesforce, or other larger providers? Or just expose zapier hooks for our APIs?

True today. But Uber's value is in the human component and the alternative's cost of ownership. Google and Elon Musk look well positioned crush Uber in the 5-yr timeframe.

Most entities that have a large enough footprint to make this kind of a thing useful care a lot about speed and their users :) Why not just have a chrome extension that does good on all sites?

Learn the languages which are easy to keep in your head. Python, Go and JavaScript. Then spend most of your time learning _techniques_, not _tools_. Pickup some mapreduce, do a project with service oriented architecture, that kinda thing.

We are working on a non-google signup flow. Most SMBs in our test group seemed to be ok with Google login. This has changed as our acquisition channel changed. Stay tuned for more updates.

All good points.
We are figuring out our pricing schemes and will definitely be charging for the service. While we figure it out, it'll remain free.
Multiple people have asked for us to white label the providers. But the providers have built a great suite of tools which provide you delivery insights. Once we can roll in that value, we will look into it again. For now, we will be focussing on a more streamlined flow to create your own provider accounts. But we do take your point of there being friction in creating other accounts and will be working on that.
