When you actually understand and question everything, you understand why things are how they are and then you are able to just fix the critical things because you acutally understand the system.
After a while the technical deep dive will not matter that much anymore as they become systems, you become a system expert and you only need to look at technical details here and there.

Really npc's are stupid in skyrim, gta, cyberpunk whatever. And it doesn't matter. When you look at Watch Dogs, its getting very repettetive anyway; You look at a few and discover that you actually don't care about it anyway.
I play cyberpunk right now for the story they build and they build, so far, a very good story.
They can keep the npcs as they are honestly; Finetune perhaps but meh

I mean i don't hired on every interview myself as probably everyone does in their lives but i have never been terminated ever. That has to be some kind of a very clear red flag that you are doing something significanly wrong.
