I don't know why, but I had a very negative impression of Brave for a long time. I still haven't tried their browser, but the search is suprisingly good! It also uses their own web index, which I find to be very impressive.

Apple should be given a massive punitive fine for preventing app sideloading. This is disgusting anti-competitive behaviour.

Flatpack and Snap versions both work ok.
I'm using the distro (manjaro) build, which is also pretty good. No idea how good the AUR versions are.
