Hi @popcar2 — how are you sourcing the domains for the blocklist? We'd like to evaluate those domains and consider whether they should be removed from DuckDuckGo as spam. You can also report a site directly in the search results by clicking the three-dot menu next to the link and selecting "Share Feedback about this Site".

Hi - do you have an example query showing this issue? I just tried "45 lb to kg" on DuckDuckGo and it's working as I would expect (45 Pounds = 20.41166 Kilograms).

Got it, thanks for the follow-up, and for your support! It should be pretty rare that you would see no organic content above the fold. But we'd like to take a closer look, and if you have any particular queries where the ads are surprisingly tall, it would be useful to know.

Do you mind sharing what country you are searching from, and whether you noticed on desktop or mobile? Also just FYI — you can turn ads off completely in settings if you want.
