In our case, our government forces our BPO(Business Process Outsourcing) companies to return the employees to the office because of the economy. There are small businesses and infrastructure that are invested near office hubs. So, if people stops going to the office those small businesses will shut down. If the company won't comply, the tax perks will be remove.

This is what we use on our manufacturing execution system (MES) to our manufacturing clients. Maintenance is what keeps us alive. Its easier to earn money thru maintenance existing clients than finding a new client. New features that are added outside the scope of the current version will have a new contract. new contract means outside of maintenance and will have to pay more.

- You can hire a remote contractor. E.g. in the Philippines or India. When your company grows you can setup a satellite office there. I think the important part is the long-term commitment because it would be costly to hire new contractor every 6-12 months to train and on-boarding process. Also make sure your working time has overlap for better communication.

- I suggest you find a niche business and make it your own product. You can find ideas on your clients. In the long-term it is really exhausting and costly developing green field project every year.

Kristoff is brainwashed. Remember when he saw the trolls and the royal family? A troll show up beside Kristoff and said "Cuties! I'm gonna keep you!" (That's the weirdest line, I've ever heard in that movie). After that, the troll do its magic brainwash to Kristoff. The trolls motive is to keep their power in secret.

And Kristoff is just a kid, it is possible that his father is one of the iceman(the opening scene cutting ice).
