Lots of people spend way too much time on their phones and want to use it less. That info could help you see what apps you're spending/wasting the most time on and help you decide to cut back on. Seeing that you spent a whole hour on instagram is a helpful wake up call.
Seeing which apps are sending more notifications could help you see which ones are taking up too much of your attention and help you decide whether to turn them off for them.

But then you have the problem of going down the PC rabbit hole where you can't say anything about whether someone is smart or not, and have to live in a pretend world where everyone is the same intelligence even though they're not. So that's no good either.
