This 100x! I am in the same boat, ours are 4 and 2. I recently installed rings and a super sturdy pull up bar next to the kids room and hope to do some basic calisthenics there with the kids before putting them to bed. Wish me luck. So far they really like it and I get at least a mini-workout out of it. Nothing like an hour at a real gym, but better than nothing.

Using Rails with offline documentation for the gems I use and the rails guides in Dash.app, I can, yes. As long as I don‘t run into any brand new problems after a version upgrade.

As soon as I use JavaScript/TypeScript and Vue, no way.

From Wikipedia for other curious non-native speakers:

Voir dire /ˈvwɑr ˌdiər/ is a legal phrase that refers to a variety of procedures connected with jury trials. It originally referred to an oath taken by jurors to tell the truth (Latin verum dicere), i.e., to say what is true, what is objectively accurate or subjectively honest, or both.

Full stack web dev with and a bit a sysadmin with focus on Ruby on Rails and Linux. Also a knack for SEO and agile team organization. I try to be able to know a little about every technical area a typical web start-up needs to cover (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, high availability, scalability, getting things done quickly, organizing remote teams, Scrum, ...), and go deep in server side development.

I am also always interested in working for funded startups because I love the atmosphere. CTO/co-founding not out of the question but we would need to work together on a consulting basis for a few months first.

My website is in German, but my english is 8 out of 9 (IELTS) and I've lived in North America for a few years.

Direct debit and instant wire transfer are very big in Germany. Many places, especially supermarkets, do not even accept any credit cards but only debit cards. Our checking accounts have evolved very differently to the US - nobody has been using cheques here for years, even before the internet is was all debit and wires.
