Good point that metrics for prioritization are revenue and customer satisfaction. You can cut a lot of cruft when applying these filters.

Very insightful and well stated. Doing fewer things is a great way to define focus. Too many tasks in progress seems to lead to cognitive drain, perhaps due to all the context switching.

Much less expensive than San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Those are in the $3,000-$5,000 range if you don't want to commute.
