While probably not "definitive" or even specifically about von Neumann, Turing's Cathedral by George Dyson had a lot of info about him and follows his work in computing, physics, and mathematics over the course of his career.

Turing’s Cathedral was an interesting book on the computing origins topic too, and chronographically it felt like it segwayed into The Idea Factory well.

Xenial's v6 dhcp has been working much better for me since this was fixed https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/isc-dhcp/+bug/1633...
Prior to that dhclient fix, dhcpv6 was basically unusuable on 16.04.
