So much for diversity and inclusivity. In colleges and universities we are all taught to site our sources but if you are Bloomberg you can just make up data points to push a political agenda. It would be nice if there was a data source to reference to understand how they arrived at their stats. But hey we're just supposed to believe in pretty graphs with no source as being truthful and representative or the facts. Not to mention treading at Hacker News so it must be true.

It's also important to remember that: "76% of all statics are made up including this one!"

Here's something else to ponder!! Where were all of the women over the last 10 years when we were building out all of this tech? We needed women software engineers!! I saw very low numbers in my 13+ years in the bay area. The only women in software engineering roles were here on VISA. Now that we have leadership roles and political narratives.... we all of the sudden have a huge turnout. But hey what do I know. 13 years in the bay area working at top tech companies. No credibility at all. Argue with me and tell me know I am clearly wrong!

What specifically are you not clear on what I said? I am not answering the presumptuous questions you stated, if you can identify what specifically you didn't understand from my statements I made, we can continue the conversation.

"Never before has a platform grown as fast as TikTok" - LOL that's what they all say!! I'm not interested in helping someone build out their AI stuff by freely contributing my data to their platform. But hey highschoolers might ignorantly willing to do so. I am really looking forward to a new technology coming out next year that will give power back to the people rather than a small group of people who think that they know what is best for the masses to see or not see.

Interesting responses here. Maybe I could suggest to do a little more research on the company's standing (I really don't know myself). A lot of times when companies are seeking to sell, they start interviewing folks to create a perception to potential investors the company itself is doing well. In reality perhaps they can't afford to hire and are simply trying to sell the company off. There could be any number of reasons outside of the interview itself that you are unaware of. E.g - Another candidate (which doesn't sound like the case here). Don't beat yourself up to much over it. It sucks that due to stupid legalities, we can't get the full details for why we were rejected. Perhaps the issue we really need to fix here is creating a better more transparent interview process.

Also to the person whose interview took 5 months. Is this really a company you would want to work for? Sounds like they don't have their shit together.
