It's interesting to see a lot of recent innovations from Amazon are going back to brick and mortar (Whole Foods, Amazon Go, Amazon Bookstore, etc).

For anyone reading this and interested in making their own pizzas, pizzamaking.com is an amazing resource for making pizza at home. Great pizza is all about the temperature it cooks at, and most home ovens can't reach the needed temp of 600F+ for NY style and 900F+ for Neapolitan style pizza. The Blackstone pizza oven is highly recommended, and for for less than $300, it reaches temps of 800F+ and churns out amazing pizzas at home in less than 5 mins of cooking time.

I don't think that's a reasonable comparison. Alexa data is public, most of it can be accessed for free, and the rest at a reasonable price. Doubleclick is an advertising platform, it doesn't give insight into competitors metrics unless those competitors choose to share that information.

There are two investment strategies when looking at a potential purchase either (1) buy and hold or (2) buy and flip. The value of a small project stems from its upside potential. At a high level it's important to consider the niche, growth potential (is there room to improve the website, position in market, etc), buyers personal experience, and quite importantly the current and historical traffic and revenue.
It's important to note there are rarely any websites where anyone can "buy it, let it go, it never needs anything, and you make more and more money, hoping one of these will really take off." I can't tell you the number of times a developer thinks this is true for their side project, overvalues it, and comes back a few years down the road telling me they are looking to sell but now with traffic and revenue 10x lower than what it used to be.
