I read some of the comments about employee passiveness. Sometimes it's tough for an employee to put themselves on the spot like that. What if the conversation doesn't go the 'right' way?

That mock monologue is actually really spot on. I just recently left our bootstrapped startup and had a pre-emotive conversation shortly before doing so. It played out just like that.

I agree with the people calling the solution as bogus. I'm not a pro python developer, but I can sure vouch for the skills of many developers I've worked with based on my experience in working with them. And that's a fairly accurate recommendation.
Sorry the similar skill set limit is bogus.

AirPlay gives control to whoever wants it. So if you're going to play some gangsta rap, get ready for some lykke li.
