You clearly have never participated in an FDA audit as the party under scrutiny. They look into a lot of things, and their auditors have a lot of experience and know where to look for mistakes.

Their m.o. is to keep digging: if they find something that is not quite right they start asking about who did it, who supervised it, what else that person has worked on... so on and so forth until they find something.

It's pretty terrifying to witness..

As an italian recently relocated to Belgium, I really wished I could use my italian eID for some very basic stuff like checking your covid-test result (you cannot access it if you don't have a GP, and you cannot have a GP if you don't have a national number, and you don't have a national number if you don't first register at the city hall) or interacting with institutions.

The procedure to obtain a eID is solid enough that the states should really leverage all the work done by another state to verify who you are etc, and allow you to interact with institution in a safe way.

IMHO it is one of the best things which could really define us as Europeans.

It's explained in the article, one tower can have multiple antennas (author found out they're typically set at 120°) on a single mast. Each antenna is then a cell, altough mounted on a single tower.

it can actually work with 4.19 and the unstable repo. I'm using 4.19.105-v7+ (to solve a macvlan bug in the default .97 and it works. It's a pain to install the headers on raspbian though

writing from Pavia(Lombardia), 15 min of drive from the city where the first cases have developed. There is less people on the street but still too many people conducting normal life, taking public transport or having drinks etc in crowded places. These new measures are meant to force to change lifestyle and be more conscious of the risks. Daily life has changed in that you stay at home, work at home, think twice every time you need to go to the store: do I really need it? It's a possible vehicle of contagion, do I really need to get out? Being stuck at home is not easy but neighter as easy nor as terrible as some would think: it simply has to be done.
