it allows you to enable stage manager on an ipad mini without problems and without needing to jailbreak or similar :). the only gotcha is, that the ipad mini doesn't support more than 1080p output, therefore, if you connect a 4k screen it will remain blank.
would love to know if the ipad mini 7 now supports 4k - would actually be a meaningful upgrade then.

sento builds technical infrastructure to automate workflows between trading partners and exchange of structured B2B data (think orders, delivery notes and invoices). Long term, we replace traditional EDI connections. Almost all products we consume on a daily basis are digitally processed via such connections: from manufacturer over logistic service provider to retailer. We are a small, funded team with a solid customer base - our goal is to automate 100k workflows by 2026. For this, we need to ship flexible features at speed and make our infra solid. As for our team ethos, think WhatsApp, not Salesforce - we value a lean, focused team dedicated to building core products.
Intrigued? I'm Nimar, the CTO of sento. Apply directly via https://sento.crew.work/jobs. Don't forget to mention 'HN' or 'HackerNews' in the free text field for priority processing of your application. For questions, reach out directly to [email protected] .
Finding smart, driven and nice(!!!) people is a priority to us which is why we move fast in the recruiting process :)
Tech stack: Typescript, GraphQL, Apollo, React, vite, TailwindUI, Python (type annotated), FastAPI, Strawberry, Kafka, PostgreSQL, GitHub Actions CI/CD, MS Azure, k8s

Long term, we replace traditional EDI connections. Almost all products we consume on a daily basis are digitally processed via such connections: from manufacturer over logistic service provider to retailer. We are a small, funded team with a solid customer base - our goal is to automate 1m workflows by 2026. For this, we need to ship flexible features at speed and make our infra solid. Team wise, we're looking to build a WhatsApp (small core team working on infra products) rather than a Salesforce.
If that sounds interesting to you, please reach out to me (Nimar, CTO) at: [email protected] and mention HN.

nimar | 3 years ago | on: Ask HN: What PDF viewer do you use?
It's made for reading technical books/papers and has quite a quiver of functionality supporting exactly that. Was discussed on HN twice already, last thread can be found here: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=30395649

This feels similar in goal to LAPCE [1] which was also on HN [2] a couple of weeks ago, except that LAPCE is OSS and available for all platforms.

maybe add a couple harder APIs (or more complex queries) as well where current models overwhelmingly fail?
that way, we can still measure models in a couple of years against the current ones.
also adding o3 and for reference the model(s) used by superglue in this benchmark would be interesting.
