The capsule with the humans separated from the rocket a little bit before they hit the 100km attitude mark. Then it landed with parachutes.

Not sure if serious. A man wants 300-500 bitcoin to build a "thermonuclear reactor" in his garage.

"Since RSS only enables a flat audio file to be distributed to consumption platforms, creators gain limited and often inaccurate insight into how the audio is consumed, such as where it is being consumed, how much of the audio is being heard or enjoyed (or not), and whether or not the audio is even being heard at all (and not just automatically “downloaded”)."
Yeah, you cannot track people.
A few paragraphs below it started to make sense, the article is basically written by Spotify.

on: Europe Is Trying to Reclaim Its Lost Chipmaking Glory
Please provide some statistics. Your personal opinion is just that.
While I can probably agree that the middle class is not doing great the last decade or so, I'm pretty sure the EU has gotten richer.
For example 25 to 31k Euro GDP per capita for 2012-2019

"If a role can be outsourced, it can be automated."
I really don't see the logic in this statement.

Unfortunately, Bulgaria is not in a much better place. We are in EU and NATO, but not many other differences. Our ruling elite hasn't changed much - still communist secret police related figures and oligarchs.
Romania seems more reformed, they even managed to put some politicians in jail recently.

on: Ask HN: How do you accept payments on your App outside the U.S.
Interesting challenge.
This is not my area of expertise, but maybe something like this can work for you:
Remotely setup a company in US/Europe.
Setup a Stripe account with the company.
Send money back via transferwise - it says it supports Uganda.
Obviously, this comes with costs. Maybe others have better suggestions.

Maybe your country is moving up the food chain. In my eastern-European country it seems like every third car is an old BMW.

Not sure what coffee you are consuming. But if you are making it yourself - hopefully you can find a local coffee roaster. Any semi-good Arabica is not bitter (but it can be more on the acidic side)

By soon, the article means 2021.
Also does anybody really care?
I care about price and refresh rates.
Currently I read books on a kindle. I also would like to have a cheap-ish display which I can setup on the wall to show relevant for me info like calendar, TODOs. etc.
And that's it. I don't need another tablet.

This is a sad topic for me. It just doesn't exist a premium model all mountain bike, that I have even 1mm of clearance between me and the top tube. Even when standing on my toes.

I have a cheap-ish bike light with 18650 battery. After it stopped working, I tried to replace it, but I couldn't solder it so well like the factory one. The mtb rides shake a lot, so my solder joints break.
Any hints how to solder it better?
