If you are a big guy like me and can't do push ups, then you can do Knee push-ups or alternatively you can also stand between two walls at angle and push yourself away from the other wall. For heavier guys like me This is the equivalent of pushing about 20Kg. In general the higher the incline the less of your body weight you lift.
If you don't have any dumbbells at home you can also fill up multiple water bottles and put them in a rather strong bag(like the eco friendly ones you buy at the store). After all 1L of water is about 1Kg.
Don't forget, you must not rush the exercise. Slow make sure you keep a good form.
Also if this is your first day exercising. Don't do more than 5-10 minutes. You can increase the time you exercise the next time.

That's sad man, you should get real friends.
I also don't understand what sexism/transphobia (which you hate) has to do with anything in relation to the article. As you said these people are(or rather were) clearly your friends.
You guys, this is why seriously have a policy of never listening to programmers in regards to politico-societal issues, I have the same policy for people I meet in anime/comic conventions. I don't want to say its because of autism or something because its not. It's because most of the "nerds" never had many friends growing up or have family issues. And no Internet friends are not real friends.

potato24 | 5 years ago | on: I'm tired of this anti-Wayland horseshit
Just because something is a 'niche' use case doesn't mean its not important. Yes the average programmer is just fine under Wayland. Every other niche case Linux has been working to accommodate all these years isn't because, even if slight, Wayland causes issues.
I am also even less inclined to use it again after these comments.
Don't compare your detractors to anti-vaxxers!

Pirates.
No matter what legislation mega corps push, piracy will always be a competitor to them.
We went to Software Freedom to "develop the software the way we want you to".
Of course there is nothing wrong with not wanting to associate with specific people. Frankly for any reason. However Vaxry changed the rules of his community and follows the Freedesktop guidelines when he himself communicates with people at freedesktop.org
