In general, this happens to me while trying to fall asleep. Very random, distinct, sharp and lucid childhood memories of certain points in time, though I do have be drifting into sleep. I've certainly never had it when trying to actively memorize new material.

Typically it means you can invest in niche markets. These market would be out of reach for larger players as they would struggle to find liquidity for their portfolio size. On the other end, smaller players would not be able to adjust their positions sufficiently granularly due to minimum lot/clip sizes specified on the market - similar to a quantisation effect if you don't sample at a sufficiently high frequency.

godbolt?

edit: curious as to how you perform this optimisation.

Hate speech and incitement to violence is not welcome in the UK, and quite rightly so.

I do not tolerate nor deem the claims worthy of a response. There must be a minimum acceptable level of intellectual debate which warrants engagement. The poster is incapable of providing any form of evidence and hence such laziness must be punished to enforce quality of debate in the wider interests of human progress.

At what point does identifying and labelling an ideologically driven argument devoid of any rational substance class as "name calling". Clearly the poster is parroting views consistent with identity politics and I was merely pointing out the blaring lack of propositional logic.

How does this square against the housing situation? From what I've heard Vancouver housing is comparable to London.

Name and shame buddy, we need to know who the toxic abusive employers are. There is no such thing as professional decency in this situation. Exploitative capitalist behaviour needs to be dealt with in unconventional ways.

Great, feel free to go out and socialize. No need to try encourage alcohol - one of the most destructive social drugs in our society - in the workplace. There's plenty of people with drinking problems, recovering and former alcoholics who don't want the awkwardness of it all just because some 22 year old frat boy hasn't grown out of his college beer pong man child phase.

I've worked in one of these trendy tech companies with a bar. They attract exactly the same kind of employee. Generally a complete bellend twat probably privately schooled and educated on his parent's money with grand delusions about his place in society. If you want to get smashed, there's plenty of pubs near by. No need to enforce your social code on me. I'm here to code.

Shall we start with the harassment and domestic violence problem? Or do you want me to pull out the statistics on "native" European populations. At least they don't go shoot up schools....

" But WeWork takes extra steps to encourage fraternization. Like beer kegs that never run dry.

More than most companies, WeWork promotes the consumption of alcohol as an inherent virtue. Posters on the wall encourage people to have a drink. There are wine tastings at WeLive. Company parties feature top-shelf liquor. Mr. Neumann has a well-known penchant for tequila, and a well-stocked bar is prominent in his office.

On a recent Tuesday at 4:07 p.m., the community manager of a WeWork in Midtown Manhattan sent an email reading: “It’s time to get your creative juices flowing! Join us on the 5th floor to drink some wine & paint a beautiful picture.” Just after noon on Valentine’s Day, there was an invitation to share wine and cake in the common area.

Though alcohol is a social lubricant for some, it can be off-putting to many others. Many women have shared stories of feeling uncomfortable with what they described as a frat house culture at some WeWorks, prompting some to leave."

So office space AirBnB for a bunch of frat boys. No thanks.

The problem is you're trying to hire engineers to do business analysis, product management, support and quality assurance. The problem is your lack of engineering culture and process.

I always think of it like this: if Google fell apart, the world as we know would change if. If twitter/facebook fell apart, my day to day life would not change in any way.

According to the average Trump supporter, you've already had a Kenyan born muslim in office for many years.

This should carry a trigger warning for imposter syndrome.

We have something very similar in the UK tax service (HMRC) which is "password".

Doesn't matter. I recently got suckered into their free premium trial as well which then resulted in monthly charges. I complained quite vocally about their tactics and got it refunded straight away. It is worth a shot. At the very least be willing to pay a minimum of a month's fees.
