I totally agree with learning from others do but I don't think you'll get too much use out of asking for honest feedback.

Either people won't trust it's 100% anonymous, won't see an upside for themselves or maybe bad actors.

One small improvement might be to make it so that it creates a url which the user can go back to without entering the data again.

That way they can bookmark it / share if they want.

I've always interpreted the "not talk too wise" bit as to communicate and idea in a way the audience will understand without using overly complex language or concept's which are above their understanding.

Not saying that interpretation is correct, just what my take away was.

Any chance you could list the skills/knowledge you feel have kept you marketable?

Asking as I'm just about to reach mid forties and I'm a Frontender who feels the same as the OP.

If I have a go at moving to backend one concern I have is that I wouldn't know what skills are just nice to have's and what's an essential skill so I could waste too much time learning the wrong things.
