I founded Merantix, an AI Research Lab & Venture Builder, after finishing my PhD in Computer Vision at ETH Zurich. As part of my PhD research, we launched http://www.howhot.io, with more than 150M image uploads. I also founded and directed HackZurich, which became the largest hackathon in Europe. Before that, I studied Engineering and Computer Science at Oxford, Princeton and CalTech.
