I had a very similar issue as well with Heroku. Their support option is buried away in the site. I had a few questions about billing that weren't clear.
When I did find it their customer service was just nasty. "He doesn't have time..." after the fact I was willing to spend a couple hundred dollars doing business with them. He told The irony here is heroku is owned by salesforce....

There's no free trial? Coda 2 is not worth $99... $50 is where it should stay at. It's pretty much a step up from iWeb than Coda 1.

Having used Coda since 1.0 as well I have to say I'm very disappointed with this release. The GUI looks like crap and is not intuitive at all.
All the file navigation can easily be done with a keyboard short cut similar to sublime, no need for 50 different ways to do it. The mysql editor looks half assed as well. Where is the improved support for Ruby they mentioned?
Coda 2 looks like an improved version of iweb in the ilife suite.
Really expected more for Panic as I was really excited for Coda 2.

There probably will be a solution to remove the staging "cache" but features like "help" uses ie's rendering engine which I'm sure most users won't mind loosing.
