Choose the best 10 customers for a Beta 1 - and go through a rapid phase of issue fixing. Then increase the number of customers for Beta 2 by another 10. Continue in this fashion till all your issues have been fixed.

Also, you seem pretty sure about wanting to quit. In case you are not sure, a simple discussion/negotiation with your boss might be better than to just give your notice.

Do you have an in house affiliate program that you use or a third party one? How did you get affiliates interested (other than existing customers)?

Some suggestions for your fellas.
1. Have a demo video or screenshots of how the chat app works.
2. Create a chat, and link the URL of the chat with a button on the home page that says - Chat with us. Try to get someone on your team to be always online monitoring this chat. Its the best way to sell this to your customers.
sawyer1708 | 12 years ago | on: Ask HN: How old is your computer that you use regularly?
I cannot quite figure out what the issue is. I am not shadow banned, but it looks like my submissions got caught in the HN Spam filter. What's really surprising is that the submission was a simple Ask HN with no links pointing to an external site. The topic does not seem irrelevant either. Maybe I should post this as an Ask HN.

sawyer1708 | 12 years ago | on: Ask HN: My startup is launching in a few weeks and I'm terrified. Advice?
For some reason when you launch your app/website you feel that you are putting yourself out there for the rest of the world to judge, and fear being judged and humiliated. Just work through this, launch and get it over with. You will have critics, bad feedback, but you will be one step closer to your goal. Trust me - bad feedback is way better than no feedback
