Where's the compiler or even the collection of compilers in this? See this is why I'm sick of web dev, another project by "developers" who don't even know what a compiler is and on top of this name it ncc just to make it sound more important, lol.

It's not as bad as PHP but yeah JavaScript or rather the community around it is largely made up of sub-par web developers (you, oh dear reader are
of course the exception). Obviously you will not find as many clueless people in say embedded software development or even electrical engineering as these require a certein set of requisite skills and theory whereas every idiot can call themselves a web developer.
But yeah as long as you enjoy what you're doing, you shouldn't worry about it :)

Fun project, but C++ sure is getting more ugly and arcane by the day. I think it's time it went away. I have great love for C but C++ has just always turned me off.

hmm what's the point of this comparison though? The implementation of these methods may change in future versions at any time. You should just use whatever method is most appropriate for what you are doing.

I think the market is simply not there for such a tool. Your target audience are freelance web developers or rather a small subset of these. Add to that, that many of them are code monkeys that prefer to cook up something like this on their own and secondly the average freelance web developer doesn't really have terribly much money to spend to begin with.
I think you need a product that you can license to enterprise customers because they have plenty of money and often don't have a clue whether your product really is worth all the money or not.
