Do you actually look into what this document is stating? The document linked to in this article is not from the FDA, but from the group suing them for the FOIA request. This filing, and others from this group, are only allegations. This is not evidence from the FOIA process nor a statement from the FDA.

I don't know about IOS, but for Android, there is Android Auto by Google. It makes the UI larger and easier to use, and minimizes what you can do in the car. It will even read texts to you.

He failed to mention in his piece that he had not gone through the federal background check process, which is the 5 page document. The gun dealer still has to enter this into their computer system and wait for a response from NICS.

The thing is that any cable company in the US and Canada that streams content to their customers via the Internet is using adaptive bitrate streaming either using HTTP Live Streaming, MPEG DASH, HTTP Dynamic Streaming, or Microsoft Smooth Streaming.
It is far from impossible.
