’m Sujal, a computer science student and hardware-first builder working at the intersection of embedded systems, robotics, and assistive technology.

I spend most of my time designing things that have to work in the real world: custom PCBs, edge AI systems, autonomous robots, and low-cost hardware intended to scale beyond demos. I’ve led hardware efforts on competitive robotics teams, built end-to-end systems spanning firmware to cloud, and I’m currently focused on accessibility hardware where cost, reliability, and manufacturability actually matter.

I’m opinionated about shipping, skeptical of over-engineered software abstractions, and biased toward systems thinking: mechanical constraints, power, latency, supply chain, and user reality come first. I build because most problems worth solving are constrained, not glamorous.

Right now, I’m building an assistive tactile computing platform, starting with a next-generation braille interface.
