Ironic. I don't think Slack is particularly well designed.
Use it every day. And it's always unpleasant.
Why does it say "New mentions" when I wasn't actually mentioned, just someone said something in some other chat.
Also, I find it pretty tedious to switch back and forth between discussions.
In terms of UI design, I suspect they don't have a good team.
Maybe it just tries to please too many people?

A ten-year-old can be obese. An 80-year-old can be obese. I'm not sure what it says about the corresponding "lean peer" when adding ten years to these ages.

I read it. Quite wordy. Not much difference. To call ads "user-generated content" is a bit of a stretch, no? After all, "AirBNB" is much a party to the transaction.

I'm guessing this is about this, "The new law would require Airbnb and other short-term rental websites to post registration numbers on listings or email the number and name of the host to the Office of Short-Term Rentals, The City’s agency tasked with enforcing the regulations." So "their" "free speech rights" are "violated" because they have to post registration numbers.
