Does this compete with or complement their Snowpark feature?

Levandowski: Yo! I'm back at 80%, super pumped... we've got to start calling Elon on his shit. I'm not on social media but let's start "faketesla" and start give physics lessons about stupid shit Elon says like this
Levandowski might not have too many friends in Silicon valley after this ordeal

on: Ask HN: Should I spin up and spin down VMs constantly?
Thanks Stephen. Are there any large scale AWS implementations that you know of that spin VMs up and down? Also, besides cost, are there benefits to doing so?

on: Twilio Video – Real-time WebRTC video infrastructure
Thanks Joeyspn. I am a noob when it comes to SIP and have some specific questions. For example, which of the jitsi product I should be using? If this is not the right place to ask such questions, can we please take this offline? I could totally use your knowledge

on: Twilio Video – Real-time WebRTC video infrastructure
Awesome. Will try it soon. What would HN readers recommendfor near zero latency audio only? Our client needs to connect two devices within a LAN (no throughput issue) but near zero latency. We have tried Twilio PSTN, other webrtc technologies but they all have noticeable (half a second) delay from device to device. Any thoughts?

Thanks Suhail. It is reassuring to hear from someone who has clearly had success pitching to VCs. I am big fan of the 10-20-30 Kawasaki rule for slides and yours is pretty close to that

I just checked that I had never saved his phone number as a contact - I just gave him a missed call probably so that he could have my number

on: How does Facebook know who I interact with offline?
I actually just checked my address book and it seems I have never saved his phone number as a contact! The only other explanation could be that he saved my phone number as a contact and let Facebook have a field day with it

on: How does Facebook know who I interact with offline?
I replied earlier - but no, that's not a possible answer. There are close to 100 kids there at the same time. So about 100 parents checking Facebook at the same time. Why only him? Also, both of us are in the pool with our kids (parent-toddler sessions), so no Facebook for us
