this look s ok but i don't see a section on pdb integration - i'd say thats key. I'm still looking for a sensible description of how to develop python in emacs. I'm amazed that there doesn't seem to be a de facto way to do it..

note that half of that lot have given pretty much all their wealth to charity. There is an argument that their ability to deploy that wealth to good effect is far greater than that of the american govt? In away - its a very positive message

everyone programmer knows that the only track you need is Oxygène Part IV by jean michelle jarre - no further questions your honour

theRhino | 11 years ago | on: Get Your Shit Together

this is very good - sensible stuff, details will vary but this is a very useful start - everybody should do something along these lines, obviously tailored towards there own personal circumstances

theRhino | 11 years ago | on: Seriously, we need multi-column editors

can i second the 'just use emacs' argument?

i look forward to the day i can fire up emacs on multiple 4k monitors

its a bit tragic that a programmer doesn't already know this fact?

theRhino | 11 years ago | on: Keep a Changelog

note 'unreleased' is not the right word to use for the section above the last version. this is because a version is not necessarily a release. it should be called 'latest'

Not sure how closely you have read Siebel - your 1st few points are covered pretty comprehensively at the start of his book

I'm just over the year mark with Colemak as well. Used the Tarmak transitional layouts to get to full Colemak and now use wide-angle mods as well to further improve keyboard ergonomics. On a good day I can hit 70wpm which is faster than I could ever manage with Qwerty. To find out more about this stuff visit the Colemak forum and get chatting with the legendary DreyMar..
