100 Squares is based on a piece of Maths homework.
The idea behind the game is you choose a times table grid, e.g. 10x10, and then you see how quickly you can fill it out
The intention is that the game aids in the learning of mental times tables
The bulk of the site is simple HTML and css, with some JQuery for functionality
It's well worth a checking out and a share ;)

hmm part of this got lost!
I'm aiming for this to be used as a study aid with possible classroom aspects, so always looking for feedback, especially from teachers / other educators :)

slightly addictive, but I found myself thinking the sum is the amount needed to get to 0, rather than the amount currently on. e.g. when it says 6, i look to get 6 rather than 4

theres not much to it really, a jquery powered script onto a static html page, backed by a PHP api to load questions, coloured in by Materialize CSS to make it look nice. server site there's really nothing to it, just a linux, nginx, mysql php setup :)
