I use deepseek-coder-7b-instruct-v1.5 & DeepSeek-Coder-V2-Lite-Instruct when I want speed & codestral-22B-v0.1 when I want smartness.

All of those are FIM capable, but especially deepseek-v2-lite is very picky with its prompt template so make sure you use it correctly...

Depending on your hardware codestral-22B might be fast enough for everything, but for me it's a bit to slow...

If you can run it deepseek v2 non-light is amazing, but it requires loads of VRAM

This would probably increase resell value of your old devices so most of the cost would be returned if you resell your device.

Nokia has no bootloader unlocking, except for the Nokia 8 and the have publicly stated they don't plan to add new devices to the unlock program.

Some older devices are supported through some weird unofficial sites where you have to send in your IMEI, which is obviously shady...

Also they don't update their kernel sources in a timely manner at all. Which makes developing custom ROMs WAY harder..

So sadly, Nokia sucks if you wan't custom ROMs, I ditched my Nokia 8 for a Poco F1 for this reason.

But about 3 times as much new people are born, most of them in poverty....
