Hi folks, author here. Someone posted my book here and I can't thank them enough. I'd like to write a bit about it:

I wrote this book after 8 years working with startups and non-startups as a support for new leaders. That was my way of connecting to information I'd not get in my dayjob. There was a lot of information on great books as "Elegant Puzzle" and others so what I wanted to offer was simple guides and solutions for problemas I helped these companies figure out. It is more than a 90 day plan, less than a comprehensive leadership training school.

I also wanted to write something in english (I'm Brazilian) and self publish so I've picked Gumroad and probably will try my hand with Amazon in the future.

It still WiP but I'm planning to finish it before end of 2022. I also publish some short posts at https://gleicon.substack.com to help me improve content before adding to the book.
