The quote from the mom test comes to mind; “before we can serve everyone, we have to serve someone”

I have been working on EMR and EMAR applications for the past several years. This is a space that interests me.

If you would like to collaborate and need a programmer let me know :)

My wife purchased some pendant lights for our kitchen, and what arrived was a totally different color. Return was handled no problem.

Second time ordering lights, they were missing a part. After trying unsuccessfully of having the manufacturer ship us the missing part the order was cancelled. Again the return was handled no problem.

Third order the product was satisfactory.

Gotta hand it to their support though, returns were handled no questions asked and seamless. Makes putting up with the hassle almost worth it.

I believe that where there's a will there will be a way. As it stands most consumers don't care about privacy enough to make changes to their habits.

Thats the scary thing about Google. They've become so ubiquitous that you don't need to pay them directly for them to make money off of you. They make money off of the data that they are able to glean from your interactions on the web, your devices etc. Its strength might also be its weakness if the mass of consumers shift towards a more privacy oriented mindset.
