How common is „three system landscape“ in cloud, like S4HANA? Elastic scaling? No. TCO footprint of an new tenant? Sigh.

Very hard to throw/replace ERP. It might happen but it‘ll take decades for global SAP installed base to shrink seriously.

SAP (and other „enterprise sales“ players) sold to CIO with „account relationships“. Then software is shoved down the throat of business users.

Correct for transaction data. Such data is owned by hello fresh and they need to keep it (for financial reporting, for instance).

However OP talked of master data. That should be removed when user asks to delete their account.

Short of good examples, this tough love comes of misplaced.

GS is THE dominant search engine. They WANT to be in that spot. It sounds strange to me, that google put themselves in such spot, and project that no one should have obligation towards them.

I may be coming too cynical on this. So folks are supposed to add value for google for free. And Google can get away by gamification tricks?
