I wish there was some organized way for these kinds of threads on HN. I'm interested in them, but keeping track is getting to be a chore.

I also wish that such threads would say if remote work or international applicants are welcome to apply.

Unfortunately, most people don't listen to that advice, no matter how many times it is given. Responses of "my company is hiring! here's the application page!" are too common.
