Startup commitment as shareholder: the limit

How to deal with a startup team where the others technical members who have shares don't really care about business and let you do all the work yourself.

While you are doing the hard work they are doing external stuff to get a lot of monies, but you focus on the idea of the startup and remain poor for the moment?

Will you shut down your commitments and go on something else, more professional and/or valuable?
