Ask HN: How to effectively transition from startup to large company as SWE?

I've just accepted an offer as an entry level SWE at one of the 'Big Five' tech companies. My reasoning was that I really needed some process, structure, and stability after working on what felt like full time hackathons at a string of failed startups.

Looking for advice on transitioning from a startup to a big company, as well as more general advice on the skills (especially organizational) required to be a successful software engineer. Thanks in advance!
