Ask HN: Affordable book printing/Bookbinding service in the US?

I usually read non-copyright material, mostly 19th century literature (whose copyright is expired even in the US). The trouble with buying these books from bookstore is that chances are they're really hard to find. Regardless, finding PDF online is always easier than finding the book in my bookstore. I prefer reading paperback books.

Are there any services that you know, that can print, bind and mail the book to me? How do services like these verify that what I'm printing is non-copyright, is it a lot of work to prove that?

I found some services through Google, but they're very expensive e.g. bookbaby.com quotes $90 for a 500 page book.

I live in Massachusetts, USA.
