Today(27th Oct 2021), on HN front page there is a job post from one of the YC companies. The title of the post is:

"GiveCampus (YC S15) Is Hiring Our First Senior QA Engineer"

Hmmm...after reading that title, are you thinking what I am thinking?

I think so. The QA work has been distribute in the team, and now they are hiring a person just for that task.

They hired a jr and now need a senior to oversee QA since they now know they don’t understand what they are doing.
