Ask HN: What supply chain and ops management resources do you recommend?

I'm a founder at an IoT company and we've been having a tough time with supply chain and ops for the last year, if not longer. We're constantly out of stock or scrambling to catch up on backorders.

I figured I would ask what books, tools, resources, etc you guys all use to manage your operations and supply chain.
