Zolidar is a primarily remote team working on an app to help business owners evaluate Employee Ownership as an exit strategy (think family businesses that don't have succession and the owners are nearing retirement). The platform is close to a soft launch and is a NextJS/Tailwind/tRPC/Prisma frontend for a financial report (input and output), a complex backend model that's build in Excel and a customised LLM for answering questions about the financial report and employee ownership in general.
