Ask HN: Blackberry or MS Surface discounted hardware

With both Blackberry and MS announcing huge write offs on hardware, I was wondering if there was a place (besides ebay) that one can pick up some of those hardware on the cheap.

I'm interested in mucking about with the software and hardware if I can get a couple for the right price (I.e. I don't mind breaking it).
