A founder-mentality developer. A great developer who's willing to take a pay cut for a larger amount of equity. Competition is fierce, and we're not in crypto :'(

Currently, freelance instructors of any kinds have to wear many hats. They write books, post on IG, get clients, keep track of their clients, and manage bookings. They are grossly underserved yet the number of these individuals keeps rising. This is where Rockit comes in!
We are looking for a CTO or experienced swift developer (+ points if Full Stack) for Rockit, a health and wellness marketplace currently operating in Hong Kong but with plans of expansion to Asia in the coming year (www.getrockit.co / www.instagram.com/rockithq).
We are a team of four engineers (one of which is a co-founder), and a marketing/growth expert (the other co-founder) and are about to roll out our product and then will begin raising money, so your involvement (and respective equity compensation) will be substantial in shaping the future of many freelancers who are on our platform.
Project is currently 100% bootstrapped by co-founders, and are planning to apply to YC and other incubators this year (*EXCITING*!).
If you'd like to get in touch, e-mail us at [email protected]!
PS: You must be as passionate as we are about the space. Having experience with coaching or being coached in either the health and wellness space or any other arts discipline is a must in order to understand the product.
We are strongly looking for product-founder fit.
