I've also found that Downcast has given me the most control over my podcasts.
One thing I haven't found yet, though, is a client that offers a playlist or podcast level setting where I can say I want to download the oldest unplaced episode for a show. iTunes has such a sync setting for TV shows, for example, and it would be very handy for podcasts where I'm working my way through an archive.
There is probably a limited audience for such a feature, however, so I'll probably have to keep waiting.

It's actually Wisconsin (where the Mendard's headquarters is[1]), not Texas, but I don't think that affects your point.
Walmart is paying $17/hour, too. With unemployment below 1%, it's going to take awhile before labor supply and demand fall into equilibrium.

I had the same thought six years ago, well before Bakken was developed [http://berbs.us/x/kvlks]. The state also has massive coal reserves, a large hydroelectric dam, and vast fields of wind turbines.
If it was a good idea then, it's an even better idea now.

You can't currently pay for version 2 - it's in alpha, and isn't close to being released. And, as mentioned above, owners of version 1 were automatically supposed to get a license for Textmate2.

Marco talked about the current status of TM2 on Build and Analyze a few weeks ago[1], and from what he said, it sounds like it has some structural performance problems that weren't getting addressed. In addition, he said that requests for bug fixes and features were constantly getting rejected by the developer, which to me hints at either a loss in interest in the project, or a lack of time to devote to developing it.

Nilay Patel at The Verge had a good post[1] about this when it first came up in April 2011. Besides the fact that the F700 was announced at MWC in February 2007 (after the iPhone was announced in January), There are huge differences in the interfaces that matter in trade dress and trademark cases.
Basically, you wouldn't confuse an iPhone with an F700, while Samsung seemed to design Touch Wiz specifically to do that.
