I do not see it. I worked forMarsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. It has been around for years, has billions in revenue, and owns Mercer HR Services with customers like Toyota Motor Corp., Halliburton, American Airlines and many many others. They have a platform, SASS model, and nothing much different that what zenefits is doing. Even in the mid market they are extremely competitive. I do not see this is worth 4.5 billion dollars.

I enjoy my sitting time and make up for it with a regular exercise regimen and lots of after work activities. At one big corp. I have been at, it was like a competition to see who could stand the longest and who appeared the most health conscious.

I can assure you that what you are experiencing is not out of the ordinary. Everyone has their struggles. My wife was pregnant with our third child while I was unemployed for 8 months. I encourage you to love that family and be a great husband and father. No business success can outshine what you have.

To quote Jamie Zawinski: "At the end of the day, ship the fucking thing! It’s great to rewrite your code and make it cleaner and by the third time it’ll actually be pretty. But that’s not the point—you’re not here to write code; you’re here to ship products."

"you'll never get your project done" This, it is about shipping product in the end. You will have a hard time selling an incomplete project. You are solving problems for customers.
