It has the same problem as the 4hww where the name sounds very scammy, but the idea behind the book is really good.

I have a WASD mechanical, but lately I have just been using my Apple Magic Keyboard. For awhile I hated it because it's so small and compact, but have really fallen in love with it recently.

This seems like a very odd way to handle this situation. Just making a new account wouldn't really help anything if you are compromised. Also i find it strange that they are ok with you bypassing their ban, and just making a whole new account.

I don't think people click into everyone's profile before they go to articles, so I don't really think this is true.
It would be different if it showed your total points next to your name at all times.
I think that someone who has been around longer will know the type of things to post to get a response more than a newer person who just posts what they find interesting.

While there are some goals I usually have for my engagement, CTR, etc on facebook. The real end goal is your ROI.
I've had campaigns with extremely cheap clicks, but no conversions.
I've always had campaigns with expensive clicks, but it converted so highly that I was making good profit.
So pretty much there is no real cookie cutter answer for this question, especially since you are just paying for likes. From my experience most of IG likes are just bots and don't bring any real traffic.

You should have created some anonymous form that they could submit to. I know you said you wouldn't be offended, but most people would not be brutally honest if you know they are the ones saying it.

I've been getting some landing pages and ad copy ready for when the Instagram ads go public, which I was told is tomorrow.
Also, I am working on adding a test suite to one of my previous applications that I made. I finished up the model/controller tests, so am on to the integration tests.

Sure, but I would transfer most of it out to USD.
I enjoy BTC for sending/receiving payments as it is very easy, but I don't see it as a safe 'investment'.

Coinbase is good to get the bitcoins, I wouldn't use them as my wallet. I've heard bad stories of them closing accounts due to bitcoins being used somewhere that they do not approve of.
